Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Terroristinstant Restoration works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Terroristinstant Restoration Does

Terroristinstant Restoration is a referral and marketing service. It links homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Terroristinstant Restoration for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Terroristinstant Restoration. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
