How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Homeowners who reach out to Terroristinstant Restoration should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Terroristinstant Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Terroristinstant Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@terroristinstant.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
